Purpose

This is a great drill for building quickness and jumping ability.

Setup

  • Set up 1 workout box in any location.
Down Ups Volleyball Conditioning Drill

How it Works

  1. Start on top of the box.
  2. Jump down to the ground.
  3. Immediately upon hitting the ground, jump back onto the top of the box.
  4. Complete 3 sets of 10 reps.

Coaching Tips

  • Make sure you are jumping down and then up and not the other way around.
  • Really stretch and explode to get the most from this drill.
