This is a great drill for building quickness and jumping ability.
- Set up 1 workout box in any location.
How it Works
- Start on top of the box.
- Jump down to the ground.
- Immediately upon hitting the ground, jump back onto the top of the box.
- Complete 3 sets of 10 reps.
- Make sure you are jumping down and then up and not the other way around.
- Really stretch and explode to get the most from this drill.
