Purpose
To help players improve their cutting, change of direction, quickness and jumping ability.
Setup
- Set up one bounding box

How it Works
- Put one foot on the side of the box and one foot in the middle of the box and work laterally (1).
- Push and and make a lateral hop, exchanging your feet and going from one side of the box to the other (2).
- Repeat.
- Count over and back as one rep.
- Complete 3 sets of 10 reps.
Coaching Tips
- Your weight should be on the outside leg as you do this drill.
