Setup

  • Set up one bounding box
Side to Sides Volleyball Conditioning Drill

How it Works

  1. Put one foot on the side of the box and one foot in the middle of the box and work laterally (1).
  2. Push and and make a lateral hop, exchanging your feet and going from one side of the box to the other (2).
  3. Repeat.
  4. Count over and back as one rep.
  5. Complete 3 sets of 10 reps.

Coaching Tips

  • Your weight should be on the outside leg as you do this drill.
