Purpose:
To put pressure on the players and force them to have a positive mentality to finish the drill as a team
What You Need:
- Have all your players line up on the same service line on one side of the court
- Give each player 2 balls
- Have all coaches on the other side of the court

How it Works:
- On the whistle, all players will serve their balls at will
- The coaches will count and keep track of which balls are served in and which are served out
- Each in-bounds ball counts as 1 point for the team
- Each served out-of-bounds is negative 10 points
- As a group, the team has to reach a total of 25 points
- The only other way the drill ends is If they hit negative 50 points and then there’s a punishment that follows
Results & Tips:
- Remind your players that they need to encourage their teammates during the drill.
- It is a team-oriented exercise and can be a mental challenge for players who struggle with serving
- The oints system can be adjusted according to the teams skill level
